I ordered a size 2X. The 2X did not fit. I sent them an email. I got an appointment to be fitted. I was actually a 4X. I was able to exchange it because it was within the 5 day exchange policy. The lady that fitted me she was so nice and sweet. My needs were met. Great customer service. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I would highly recommend. Thanks again.

When I first received it and tried to put in on by myself. I waited the label on bag didn't lie your new body shape I had to get my daughter to help the 1st time. Then I had to wait due to a work related injury but now I can put it on myself and I'm trying to wear it as long as I can. But I love the way I look and feel when I have it on.

At first impression this waist trainer is nice! You can tell it’s a really good quality definitely the best I have used so far! The only thing is I wish I would of gotten a size bigger! Which it was completely my fault for not looking at the size chart. But since I can’t exchange it I will just keep it until I lose more weight! Lol but overall great product! Would definitely recommend purchasing!

Fits great and helps when working out. The rubbing on It does slide down however in the front making It poke into the hips so be careful with that.
